Connect your payroll system or an Estonian government service for the company. Connect a calendar or AI client for yourself: those personal connections follow your own Begin account.
Connect for the company
Open Settings → Integrations. Payroll providers either send data directly or produce a file for you to import. Available integrations explains which method each provider uses. Tervisekassa and the employment register serve Estonian employers and need the Pro plan. Their setup includes granting Begin access outside the app. A connection in Begin does not grant that external permission for you.
Connect for yourself
Open Settings → Calendars for Google Calendar or a subscription link. It exports your own schedule, even when you manage other people. MCP connects an external AI client using your Begin permissions. It can make changes your role allows, so check which workspace it is connected to before asking it to act.Next
