Available integrations

Choose the payroll system your company uses. An API sync sends data to the provider; a File export gives you a download to import there yourself. Your role needs permission to manage integrations to open Settings → Integrations.

Choose your payroll provider

Merit Palk, Taavi and Persona are Estonian payroll systems, Jumis and Horizon Latvian, Rivilė Lithuanian; the catalogue shows every one regardless of your country. A demo workspace Begin set up for you shows only your country’s providers, plus any you already connected. Choose the provider and format your payroll team actually uses.

Understand a catalogue entry

Not set up means you have not configured the integration. Set up, not enabled means a setup exists but the header switch is off. Connected means it is enabled; check a completed run before treating that as proof your payroll data arrived. Begin lists only the partners it can run. Directo is visible only to workspaces given access to its custom entry and cannot run yet. It has no working export guide. Compucash is a till system, not payroll: it brings each day’s revenue per sale point into Begin, so Begin AI can plan the schedule around how busy each place is. Enter the client ID and secret Compucash gave you for its Partner API, then run the integration or set a schedule. The first run reads this month so far and the same month and the next one a year earlier. When you ask Begin AI to plan a schedule, it puts more people on the days and hours that took more. To have it turn revenue into a number of people, tell it your ratio, such as revenue per staff hour. For sick-leave certificates, use Tervisekassa in Estonia or the Sodra import in Lithuania. For employment registrations, use Employment register (TÖR). Begin has no customer-configurable custom webhooks.
