Workspace settings apply to everyone in your current workspace. Use these guides when you set up a workspace, help someone investigate a problem, or prepare to close it.
Check your access first
You need Manage workspace settings to open Settings → Workspace settings. Exporting and deleting also require ownership. Audit log uses its own permission and plan access. Choose the correct workspace in the workspace switcher before changing shared settings. Your own language, calendar connections and sign-in security belong in Account.Manage people and billing separately
Use Roles and permissions to grant access or transfer ownership. Use Billing and plans for subscriptions and payments. Changing a workspace name or company detail does not replace either process.Next
